Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to Jobjinn. to be placed on the website by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of Jobjinn.

Jobjinn. expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said resume information so fed into the network of Jobjinn by the visitor. Further, the visitor agrees to indemnify Jobjinn. for all losses incurred by Jobjinn. due to any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the visitor on the network of Jobjinn.
The visitor is only responsible for maintaining his/her password and identification confidential for all activities and transaction done through credit cards/debit cards or any similar method of making payments both online/offline. Jobjinn assumes no responsibility or liability for the visitor’s improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards or any method of payment used by the visitor online / off-line.
The Visitor is only responsible for obtaining, at his own cost, all licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required by the visitor for using the service.
The Visitor to Jobjinn is prohibited from posting, updating or sharing any information that:

• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights
• violates any law for the time being in force
• deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature impersonate another person
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

Payments done to the Jobjinn shall be always done in advance. Refund of the payment will only be done by Jobjinn. Jobjinn offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank account. Jobjinn gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. Jobjinn undertakes no liability for free services. Jobjinn reserves its right to alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms & conditions whether generally mentioned or not shall be necessary to be included if any reference is made to them.
The subscription between Jobjinn and the visitor is not a “non-poach agreement” nor can the same be termed or used as an alternative to “non-poach agreement” in as much as Jobjinn is a public site and all information posted by Jobjinn goes to the public domain except information which is specifically assigned a non-public / private character.
Any agreement for a subscription entered into by Jobjinn does not confer exclusivity of service on any visitor.
Jobjinn does not take part in any type of legal activities that is beig held between the visitor and the company that has been met on the site. Jobjinn does not takes care about any type of legal hearings or proceedings, the individual or the company should tackle themselves without involving the Jobjinn or its people.
In case a person using the world wide web/internet receives a spam or virus which includes a link to Jobjinn, it should not be held responsible for the same. Jobjinn assumes no responsibility for such mails.
Jobjinn has no agents and does not operate through any agents. Instead officially assigned by Jobjinn.
The Terms and conditions mentioned above set the usage of Jobjinn. Any person using Jobjinn in offense of the conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions of Jobjinn shall render himself/herself liable to appropriate action.
In case of non compliance of these Terms and Conditions or Jobjinn may terminate usage rights and take down any offending information that might have been uploaded by such visitor.
Resume and Candidate,s Information:-
1. The resume’s information can anytime be updated by any visitor.
2. Jobjinn offers no guarantee that there would be a comfortable result or any response at all once the resume or information is fed by the visitor.
3. Jobjinn neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the visitor.
4. Jobjinn would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume or information particulars supplied by visitor due to various natural acts and calamities or due to change in govt. policies or riots etc..
5. The visitor is only responsible for the user to check the authenticity of any result received consistent to the resume or information being fed into the n/w system of Jobjinn by the user, going out of station or in station for any job or interview. Jobjinn assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the visitor may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/ insertion or information/ date being fed into the network system of Jobjinn.
6. Uploading of multiple resumes beyond a reasonable limit by the same person, using the same or different accounts shall entitle Jobjinn to remove the Resumes without prior notice to the visitor.
7. Jobjinn has the right to neglect, reject or delete a visitor’s resume that is being uploaded by the user for any unfair case without giving any notice.
8. Jobjinn has the right to make all such
modifications/editing of resume.
9. The subscriber shall be assigned a password (s) by Jobjinn to enable the visitor to access all the information received through Jobjinn, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the visitor and Jobjinn is not responsible for data loss/theft or corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party.
10. Jobjinn at its best, will try to take care that no harmful person or visitor is able to access your resume. But doesn’t ensures for the situation, as the jobjinn will make sure that it blocks that harmful visitor, as soon as he tries to access your resume and you email Jobjinn about that harmful visitor who misuses your resume/information given by you.
11. The visitor should take care of the thing that he/she is of legal age and not a minor for doing a job. Also there should be no legal case or FIR filed against the visitor. Jobjinn does not guarantee about these type of visitors who are minor in age and have a legal case against them. The visitor should provided each and every statement truthfully and honestly in resume. Then its company’s work to seek after that resume. Jobjinn does not guarantees for the same.
12. All changes / modifications made by the visitor to the data / information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such changes / modifications being made.
13. On registration you agree to: a) Making your resume searchable to paying clients of JOBJINN.
14. You may be contacted by recruiters via email, telephone and/or post.
15. The visitor agreement between a visitor/subscriber and JOBJINN will be treated as having been terminated in the following events: ( i ) On completion of the term for which the visitor/subscriber engages the services of the website; or ( ii ) In case the visitor/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him with JOBJINN, however, such termination will be at the option and discretion of JOBJINN; or ( iii )On writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.
16. The Visitor does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
17. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.
18. The resume given by visitor can anytime be changed or modified any time.
19. Your resume is made available from the home page of Jobjinn and can be by freely accessed by anyone.
20. Your resume is also made a part of Jobjinn’s proprietary database, accessed only by companies/recruiter registered with us.
21. Jobjinn offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is put on display.
22. Jobjinn neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials of the prospective employer/organization which down loads the information and uses it to contact the prospective visitor / subscriber.
23. The subscriber undertakes that the data/information provided by him is true and correct in all respects.
24. The subscriber shall certify that the information/data supplied by it to Jobjinn is accurate and correct.
25. The visitor should give suitable time to the Jobjinn for writing the resume.
26. The visitor must respond to the queries raised (sent by email) by Jobjinn within 7 days of such a query being raised failing which, Jobjinn shall stand absolved of all its obligation, if any.
Applications by Non Registered Visitors
1. The visitor undertakes that the data/information being provided by him/her in the resume is true and correct in all respects..
2. Jobjinn. does not share personally identifiable data of any individual with other companies/entities without obtaining permission. Jobjinn may share all such information that it has in its possession for its own purposes including sending promotional mailers etc and in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
3. The visitor undertakes that he/she will not disseminate false/objectionable/offensive material using these services.
4. This interface shall be exclusively for the purposes of bona fide job applications; usage of the interface in any other fashion is strictly prohibited.
5. Jobjinn neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the visitor.
6. The visitor shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person/entity or retain information/download any information from any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so.
1. Jobjinn shall place the information relating to vacancies on the site and provide a special banner or space to the particular recruiter if necessary it varies from the recruiter’s standards and the plan he/she has been influenced in. Jobjinn will not necessarily give any type of space to the particular recruiter. It depends on Jobjinn wherever and whenever it wants can place that recruiter’s ad.
2. The time period or subscription period given in the plan would be followed and accordingly the ads would be displayed on the site for the particular recruiter. The recruiter will be notified as soon as his plan s going to expire. A reminder mail will be sent to the recruiter
3. Jobjinn reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, may be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Jobjinn.
4. By posting/uploading a job posting on the website you confirm that you have obtained all licenses/permits as are necessary for recruitment and to indemnify JOBJINN against all claims, damages arising out of actions/claims that may be made in relation to the same.
5. Jobjinn has the right to make all such modifications/editing of the vacancy details in order to fit its database.
6. The Subscriber/Recruiter will provide up to a maximum of 2 email id’s for vacancies posted on Jobjinn to collect response(s) if any.
7. Jobjinn offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any at all response once the job is put on display.
8. Jobjinn shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense.
9. Jobjinn would not be held liable for any loss of data, technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the subscriber, due the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond Info Edge’s reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
10. The Recruiter shall be deemed to give an undertaking to Jobjinn that the jobs sought to be advertised on Jobjinn are in existence, are genuine and that the recruiter has the authority to advertise for such jobs.
11. Jobjinn reserves its right to change the look, feel, design, prominence, depiction, classification of the Jobjinn at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any notice.
12. The subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual.
13. The subscriber shall be assigned password (s) by Jobjinn to enable the subscriber to post vacancies on the site in agreed upon section(s), but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and Jobjinn shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. Jobjinn undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.
14. The Visitor of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
